Visited the German Aerospace Center’s Tokyo Office to Discuss Future Collaboration

On December 17, 2025, Dr. Goto and Fukushima visited the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan to meet with members of the DLR Institute of Aerospace Medicine who were visiting Japan.

We introduced our efforts to support domestic and international companies and researchers aiming for medical healthcare in space and received an explanation about ground experiments in space medicine conducted at envihab, the aerospace medicine research facility, and held a fruitful exchange of views on future collaboration.

We are advancing the establishment of an international collaborative framework to solve medical challenges in preparation for the near future when many people will engage in spaceflight.
