In-house Lecture at Ajinomoto Co.

We were invited to give a lecture at Ajinomoto Bio-Fine Research Laboratories.

The themes were “Human Impact in Space,” “Life Science Research in Microgravity,” and “Nutritional Management in Space,” and we introduced the latest topics for about an hour.

More than 50 people gathered at the venue and online for a great discussion about food and medical research in space.
